AFFORDABLE PRIMARY CARE IN KANSAS CITY

Dr. Ensling's Clinical Medicine Access Program provides comprehensive internal medicine, acute care, preventive healthcare, and personalized weight management services designed to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health. We diagnose and manage a wide range of chronic conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, hypertension, and many other medical concerns, while offering convenient access to medication dispensing, in-office diagnostic testing, laboratory services, referrals for radiology and advanced imaging, and coordination of care with trusted specialists when needed.
Our comprehensive new patient evaluation includes a 45-minute visit with Dr. Ensling, a complete metabolic panel (including liver function, kidney function, and electrolyte testing), complete blood count (CBC), fasting lipid profile, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) testing, uric acid testing, prostate screening when indicated, urinalysis, and an electrocardiogram (EKG). This thorough assessment provides a detailed overview of your health and helps identify potential risk factors, chronic conditions, and opportunities for preventive care.

Our Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) provides affordable, comprehensive healthcare for patients seeking ongoing medical care and support. Members benefit from office visits, laboratory testing, in-office diagnostic services, radiology referrals, and specialist coordination when needed. We provide treatment and management for chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension, as well as acute illnesses including influenza, urinary tract infections (UTIs), COVID-19, and other common medical concerns. We also offer discounted monthly packages for new patients, and after three visits, eligible patients may enroll in our CMAP membership program without the requirement of paying three months in advance.
Dr. Ensling's Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) is an innovative membership-based healthcare program designed to provide affordable, high-quality medical care for uninsured and underinsured patients. Through a simple monthly fee, patients gain access to comprehensive medical services, including office visits, select medications, diagnostic testing, and ongoing care coordination. By focusing on accessibility, prevention, and personalized care, CMAP helps patients receive the medical attention they need without the financial barriers often associated with traditional healthcare.
The Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) is not health insurance and is not intended to replace traditional health insurance coverage. Services provided through this program are limited to the conditions, treatments, and providers outlined in the membership agreement. We strongly encourage all patients to maintain a health insurance plan to help cover medical services, prescription medications, specialist care, hospitalizations, and diagnostic testing that may fall outside the scope of the CMAP program.

To ensure we provide the highest quality care within our scope of practice, there are certain conditions and services that are not covered through the Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP). We do not provide treatment for chronic pain management, substance abuse disorders, addiction treatment, obstetric or gynecologic care, psychiatric conditions requiring specialty mental health services, emergency medical conditions, terminal illnesses, or conditions requiring hospitalization. We do not prescribe opioid medications or other controlled substances. Additionally, our practice does not complete legal, employment, or government-related documentation, including but not limited to FMLA forms, workers' compensation paperwork, disability claims, Medicaid applications, immigration forms, motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims, or similar documentation. Patients requiring these services may be referred to the appropriate specialist, healthcare provider, or agency.
Give your employees access to affordable, high-quality medical care through Dr. Ensling's Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP). Designed for uninsured employees and those with high-deductible health plans, CMAP provides convenient access to primary care, acute care, chronic disease management, preventive services, diagnostic testing, and more. By offering expanded healthcare access at a predictable cost, employers can help support employee health, improve productivity, and reduce barriers to care.
