Dr. Ensling 's Clinical Medicine Access Program represents an approach to providing Health Care to uninsured patients whereby patients have access to experienced, independent, compassionate providers who have agreed to provide their services by charging discounted prices and payment plans with no other motivation than helping their patients.

Dr. Myriam Ensling is the main provider and the one who coordinates patient care and is in charge of triaging patients. She has more than 35 years of experience in the specialty of Internal Medicine including inpatient (Hospital) care, Obesity treatment and outpatient (Clinic) care as well as academic medicine. Her approach to patient care is based on traditional Clinical Medicine principles whereby patients's diagnosis and treatment are determined as result of long office visits, thorough physical examination and history taking including reassing and adjusting diet and medications as needed. This approach requires less testing and ensures faster= more accurate diagnoses thus, lesser costs for the patient. This is of outmost importance when it comes to Health Care of uninsured patients. Her approach to treatment of chronic diet related conditions such as diabetes. dyslipidemia and obesity is based on personalized diets, patient coaching and well known, lower cost safer medications that have withstood the test of time in the market.

Note: Monthly fee rates cover only Clinical Medicine Care Services, Acute Care, specified medications and tests at Dr. Ensling's office. All other providers services and fees must be paid at the time of the service unless agreed otherwise. All other Providers' availability and fees are determined  exclusively by the provider, CMAP offers options when it comes to Specialists, Radiology Centers and Specialty labs.
