The Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) is a membership-based healthcare program that provides patients with affordable access to a wide range of medical services through a simple monthly fee. In exchange for this monthly membership, patients receive access to internal medicine office visits, select medications, in-office diagnostic testing, wellness resources, obesity treatment services, and ongoing medical care. Some medications and specialized tests may be available at discounted member rates. We also provide access to low-cost laboratory services, often at significantly reduced prices compared to standard market rates, as well as care coordination services, including referrals to trusted specialists and radiology providers who offer discounted pricing and flexible payment options for our patients.
