Our Clinical Medicine Access Program
Dr. Ensling's Clinical Medicine Access Program provides comprehensive internal medicine, acute care, preventive healthcare, and personalized weight management services designed to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health. We diagnose and manage a wide range of chronic conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, hypertension, and many other medical concerns, while offering convenient access to medication dispensing, in-office diagnostic testing, laboratory services, referrals for radiology and advanced imaging, and coordination of care with trusted specialists when needed.
Meet Dr. Myriam Ensling
Dr. Myriam Ensling earned her medical degree from Cordoba University in Argentina and brings more than 40 years of experience in Internal Medicine. Her career includes over 15 years of hospital-based inpatient care, more than 20 years of outpatient medicine, including primary care and urgent care, and five years as an Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri, where she helped train medical students and residents. Her academic contributions include developing the University of Missouri's inpatient diabetes treatment protocol and conducting research on lipid metabolism in cardiorenal syndrome, with her work being cited by medical professionals worldwide.
As the primary provider within the Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP), Dr. Ensling coordinates patient care and develops personalized treatment plans based on thorough medical evaluations, detailed patient histories, comprehensive physical examinations, and ongoing assessment of lifestyle, nutrition, and medication needs. She has received specialized training in obesity management and has more than 10 years of experience helping patients successfully address obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, and other chronic medical conditions. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes education, preventive care, personalized nutrition, and proven, cost-effective treatments designed to improve long-term health while helping patients avoid unnecessary testing and healthcare expenses.
