Dr. Ensling's Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) is an innovative membership-based healthcare program designed to provide affordable, high-quality medical care at a predictable monthly cost. The program focuses on delivering comprehensive acute care, preventive care, and ongoing management of common chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, and hypertension.
CMAP members benefit from office visits, select medications, in-office diagnostic testing, personalized weight management and nutrition guidance, mental health screening tools, and access to discounted laboratory and radiology services through trusted local providers. We also help coordinate specialty care and facilitate access to experienced healthcare professionals throughout the Kansas City area, ensuring patients receive the comprehensive support they need to achieve and maintain better health.
Membership Options for Uninsured Patients
Our Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) offers affordable healthcare solutions for uninsured individuals and families. Membership plans are available for individuals, couples, and families or related groups of up to five members.
Monthly membership fees are:
- $70 per month for one member
- $100 per month for two members
- $150 per month for three to five members
Each membership includes one office visit, one medication, and one in-office diagnostic test per month at no additional cost for one member of the enrolled group. Additional visits for other family members are available at discounted rates of $50 per adult visit and $35 per pediatric visit. Additional medications and diagnostic tests are also available at reduced member pricing.

Dr. Ensling's Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) is designed to complement traditional health insurance by providing affordable access to outpatient medical care, helping patients receive timely treatment without the financial barriers often associated with high-deductible plans.
Membership fees and covered services for insured patients are the same as those offered to uninsured patients, making CMAP an affordable option for individuals and families seeking greater access to routine, preventive, acute, and chronic disease management services.
There are 2 options to access our program:
Patients may choose to pay for services at the time of each visit or enroll in our discounted monthly membership program. The membership option is ideal for individuals with chronic medical conditions who require frequent office visits, ongoing monitoring, medications, and diagnostic testing. By providing predictable monthly costs and enhanced access to care, our program helps make high-quality healthcare more affordable and convenient.
CMAP Regular Affordable Fees
Our Clinical Medicine Access Program (CMAP) provides affordable, comprehensive healthcare for patients seeking ongoing medical care and support. Members benefit from office visits, laboratory testing, in-office diagnostic services, radiology referrals, and specialist coordination when needed. We provide treatment and management for chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension, as well as acute illnesses including influenza, urinary tract infections (UTIs), COVID-19, and other common medical concerns. We also offer discounted monthly packages for new patients, and after three visits, eligible patients may enroll in our CMAP membership program without the requirement of paying three months in advance.
