Our services include treatment of Obesity, Diabetes, High cholesterol, Hypertension as well as acute conditions i.e. Influeza, UTI, COVID. We offer monhtly discount packages for new patients and after 3 visits in this program you can enroll on our CMAP monthly fee program without paying the required 3 months in advance
Dr. Ensling's CMAP monthly Fee Program is a innovative fee-for-service based payment plan that provides Low Price yet Cost Effective & Quality Medical Care Services including free of added charge medications, tests and much more to Uninsured and "Under- Insured" patients.
NOTE: This program is NOT Health Insurance, it is NOT intended to replace Health Insurance. The coverage patients receive while under this program is limited to the Conditions and Providers specified in the agreement. We highly encourage our patients to obtain a regular Health Insurance Plan to be covered for treatment of conditions, medications, specialists and tests not included in the scope of this program.
We do not treat chronic pain, substance abuse nor addictions. We do not treat ObGyn patients, psychiatric conditions, emergency conditions, terminally ill patients nor patients who need hospitalization. We do not treat patients with Munchausen syndrome or Factitious disorder. We do not prescribe opiates or controlled substances. We do not fill out legal nor work related paperwork including but not limited to: FMLA, Workman compensation, Disability, Medicaid, Immigration, MVA insurance claims, or similar paperwork.
